The patient accepts:

 

  • Contact from staff

  • Optional sending of photos/radiographs

  • Organizing the trip only with his consent

  • Hotel/transportation payment when provided
     

Azure Dental Atelier is not a travel agency, but provides assistance to international patients.
 

3. Prepayment and cancellation
 

  • Prepayment may be required for specific treatments.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the visit.
     

4. Limitation of liability

The clinic is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect information sent by the patient

  • Unexpected flight changes

  • Personal travel problems

  • Third-party technical errors
     

5. Updating the conditions
